Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)1. Website Development &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain company websites.</li><li>Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.</li><li>Conduct routine audits to identify and fix bugs, errors, and outdated components.</li></ul>2. Platform Expertise &amp; Customization<ul><li>Build and customize websites on Magento, Laravel, and WordPress platforms.</li><li>Manage, configure, and update plugins, extensions, and themes.</li><li>Troubleshoot platform-specific issues and implement long-term solutions.</li></ul>3. Security &amp; Server Management<ul><li>Monitor, manage, and secure hosting servers and DNS configurations.</li><li>Implement safeguards against bots, malware, and cyber-attacks.</li><li>Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and maintain compliance with IT policies.</li></ul>4. Design, Features &amp; User Experience<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing and business teams to create new features, pages, and layouts.</li><li>Ensure websites are mobile-first, responsive, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.</li><li>Enhance visual design and functionality to improve customer engagement.</li></ul>5. SEO &amp; Performance Optimization<ul><li>Apply on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, internal linking, etc.).</li><li>Optimize page load speed, performance, and content structure.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website rankings and visibility.</li></ul>6.
