 As the HR Generalist, you will
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the relevant recruitment processes and sourcing-needs, (coordinate recruiting process properly, run interviews),
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the orientation &amp; induction plan and onboarding process of related hires,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for monthly payroll and HR related reporting processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist and participate in HR practices such as performance management, talent management, training,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of employer branding strategy, employee engagement plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support both the internal and external communication activities (annual meetings, internal communication activities, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee well-being and for keeping health and safety environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Advisor,
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with employees - support HR processes and drive the people strategy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate all other HR related projects.
 </li>

 What you bring (Experience &amp; Qualifications)
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years&rsquo; experience in HR functions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in Recruitment Processes, Learning &amp; Development, Employee Relations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the HRIS platforms,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good level of MS Office programs (especially on Excel, Power Point),
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of both written and spoken English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Appreciation and understanding of teamwork,
 </li>
 <li>
 Took proactive approach to anticipate issues or improve current practices,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical manner,
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving skills and positive attitude,
 </li>
 <li>
 No military obligation for male candidates.
