Opportunity with an Esteemed Client Company of Sanskruti Solutions: (Diagnostic Setup Company)Role: Molecular TechnologistLocation: Powai, MumbaiWorking Pattern: 6 Days / Week (Sunday Off)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support NGS-based assay development, optimization and validation under regulatory frameworks (e.g. CAP, CLIA, NABL, ISO 15189).</li><li>Collaborate with pathologists, bioinformaticians and variant scientists for clinical result interpretation.</li><li>Analyze raw data and maintain accurate documentation of results.</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of new molecular platforms.</li><li>Maintain compliance with lab SOPs, biosafety guidelines and accreditation requirements.</li><li>Participate in troubleshooting, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills: PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics.<ul><li>1 - 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular diagnostics, clinical genomics or assay development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of NGS workflows.</li><li>Experience working in accredited lab settings (CAP, NABL, ISO) is highly desirable.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines.</li><li>Experience with oncology panels.</li><li>Understanding of bioinformatics tools and variant databases (e.g. IGV, ClinVar, COSMIC).</li><li>Ability to contribute to SOP drafting, validation documentation and scientific publications.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;62,500.00 - &#8377;110,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you read the job description for this post?</li><li>Where are you currently based in India?</li><li>If not based in Mumbai then are you comfortable with relocation to Mumbai and managing your self-accommodation arrangements from the offered CTC?</li><li>This job requires compulsory work from an office environment for 6 days / week working, are you comfortable with that?</li><li>Are you a PhD Holder?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in Molecular Diagnostics, Clinical Genomics or Assay Development?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have handling NGS workflows?</li><li>Have you got experience working in Accredited Lab Settings (CAP, NABL, ISO)?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in Oncology Panels?</li><li>Please provide the following details viz.
