 Job Summary:</b></div><p>
Outside Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited&rsquo;s service standards. This role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of service&mdash;warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention. As a non-lead role, Server 1 also supports the overall operations of the dining area and assists in service duties as required.</p><p><b>
Reporting Structure:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Reports to the F&amp;B Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager</p></li></ul><div><b>
Day to Day:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Maintain high standards of service, following the Invited F&amp;B service training program.</div></li><li><div>
Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure a complete knowledge of the &agrave; la carte menu, including daily features and specials.</div></li><li><div>
Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.</div></li><li><div>
Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>
Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.</div></li><li><div>
Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked.</div></li><li><div>
Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.</div></li><li><div>
Support management by completing additional duties as assigned.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.</div></li><li><div>
Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.</div></li><li><div>
Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team&rsquo;s success.</div></li><li><p>
Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.</p></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
About You:</b></div><p>
Preferred</p><ul><li><div>
High school diploma or equivalent.</div></li><li><div>
Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.</div></li><li><div>
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.</div></li><li><div>
Completion of Invited&rsquo;s F&amp;B Service Training program.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.</div></li><li><p>
Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.</p></li></ul><div><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.</div></li><li><div>
Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.</div></li><li><div>
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.</div></li><li><p>
Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.</p></li></ul><div><b>
