This role is perfect for a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in how homes are built-from planning through project closeout. You'll work closely with the Director of Construction to coordinate vendors, permits, materials, budgets, and schedules, helping ensure our projects are built efficiently and to the highest standards.Who We Are We are a boutique residential builder in Minden Nevada, known for our quality craftsmanship and strong community reputation. As part of our team, you'll experience a collaborative, supportive culture where your contributions matter and your skills will continue to grow.Explore more about us here.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate daily with the Director of Construction to support all aspects of construction operations</li><li>Maintain trade partner contact lists and bidder databases</li><li>Prepare bid packages, review proposals, assist in awarding contracts</li><li>Draft and issue home start documents to trade partners</li><li>Track and submit documents for city/county plan approvals and permitting</li><li>Monitor and update project trackers, schedules, and production reports</li><li>Assist with budget tracking and identify potential cost discrepancies (&quot;busts&quot;)</li><li>Support field staff and customer service tracking</li><li>Review and document buyer options and change orders accurately</li><li>Resolve vendor and trade partner invoice or PO discrepancies</li><li>Maintain project files and records for each job and community</li><li>Participate in project coordination meetings, record notes, and track follow-up items</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a construction coordination, purchasing, or administrative role</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs, gmail or Outlook</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Familiarity with architectural plans and construction terminology is a plus</li><li>Experience with SmartSheets or construction scheduling software is a plus</li><li>Personal Attributes</li><li>Highly adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities</li><li>Strong time management and follow-through</li><li>Team-oriented and proactive communicator</li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use digital tools effectively</li><li>A genuine interest in the construction process and desire to grow within the industry</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive Salary: $50,000-$80,000 per year</li><li>Year-End Company Performance Bonus</li><li>Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match</li><li>Trice Monthly Pay Cycle</li><li>Paid Training and Certifications</li><li>Cell Phone Stipend</li><li>Safety Equipment Provided</li><li>Opportunities for Career Growth</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-Time</li><li>Monday-Friday</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Onsite in Minden Nevada Office</li><li>Some local travel to city offices or job sites may be required</li></ul>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
