<div></div><div><b>MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Supervise daily order fulfillment operations, including picking, staging, packing, and shipping</li>
<li>Ensure all orders are completely accurately and delivered within required timelines</li>
<li>Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize labor, accuracy, and productivity</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, and shrink</li>
<li>Conduct daily team meetings to review priorities, safety topics, and production goals</li>
<li>Coordinate with inventory control, purchasing, and transportation to resolve discrepancies or delays</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards</li>
<li>Train, coach, and evaluate team members; promote a culture of accountability and teamwork</li>
As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions<br>

</b></div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Prior supervisory experience a must</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail</li></ul><br>
