Senior Civil Engineer / Head of Department

Accounting Duties:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping.</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.</li><li>Monitor budgets and expenditures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and support the audit process.</li><li>Process monthly payroll in coordination with HR.</li></ul>HR Duties:<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities.</li><li>Track attendance, leaves, and overtime.</li><li>Administer employee benefits and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and support training sessions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
