 Job Descriptions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for planning, monitoring, maintaining &amp; operating the project Information System (work plans, project budget, plan vs. actual, invoice lifecycle etc...)
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote efficiency, cost-saving, and improvement to processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the project timeline, resources allocation, budget control, delivery Tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for identifying needs and allocating the appropriate resources to meet project deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for raising flags and be a gatekeeper based on projects needs and priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between the project units (Design, Dev, QA etc..)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and control project revenue and P&amp;L forecast
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Willingness to work in night shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors Degree - MUST, Project Management Certificates &ndash; Advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years&rsquo; experience in PMO or project activities such as planning, control or budget tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience \ Knowledge in Budget management &ndash; P&amp;L understanding, project Costs, and revenues, resource planning and forecast, tracking budget gaps and analytical skills - MUST
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, organizing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Presentation skills - Ability to create &amp; deliver presentations effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications &ndash; MUST
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous involvement with the creation of work plans, project scopes and capacity planning a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Personal skills: Independent, hard worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, Strong oral and written communication skills, prefer a fast-paced working environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant background in SW global companies &ndash; Advantage

 Business Analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Activities Enhancements Analysis &ndash; Until the level of technical design stage. Bring it to price ability stage. It includes working with both customers and coordinated with the R&amp;D Development Manager and TLs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write new requirements / User Stories / solution design documents, for new functionalities (New features, CRs, Product Improvements etc.). This will usually (but not necessarily) be done after a communication session with the customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer business knowledge &ndash; will be part of each new functionality implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and assist TW to update existing documents (Sapiens RI Product books, Training Material, Project Implementation relevant documentation, report &amp; interface definitions) so they reflect the latest requirements approved by customers. This task will be on-going with specific milestones set in agreement with customers and will get full TW support.

 </ul>
 
 Quality Assurance &amp; Testing Activities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge focal point for QA team
 </li>
 <li>
 Train the QA team with the business processes of customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain the different Technical Documents / Reports to the QA team &ndash; when they are used? For what purpose? Etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review User Stories&rsquo; test scenarios from customers with the intention of explaining the business scenarios / processes behind it to the testers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write test scenarios and provide examples for further test cases prep of the QA team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review QA Test Cases - In the long run you should be the focal point of knowledge regarding customer&rsquo;s business processes. As such you should have the capabilities to review and comment on QA Test Cases (TC) while testing system and customer&rsquo;s business processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate / review some of the system testing and analyze internal incidents before releases to customers. The goal of the testing activities will be to simulate the way customers will test / use the system.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:

 Education : MBA Experience required is minimum 5 years.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills Experience with Insurance Systems.
 </li>

 Excellent command of the NA P&amp;C insurance business (experience in P&amp;C Claims )&ndash; must,

 <li>
 Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system options/functionalities in an efficient way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communications skills English (mother tongue level) &ndash; must Representative

 Experience with US customers.
 </li>

 Experience with core organizational product implementations
