We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead to help launch our fast-casual coffeehouse and caf&eacute; concept. What You'll Do: 
As a Beans &amp; Brew Lead, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations while leading by example to ensure a high-performing team and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:

<li>Supervising and mentoring team members, including Baristas and Cashiers</li>
<li>Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback</li>
<li>Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, drink preparation, and store cleanliness</li>
<li>Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately</li>
<li>Upholding food and beverage safety and sanitation standards</li>
<li>Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goals</li>
</ul>Requirements:
