Job Position: Duty Manager | Sapphire Plaza HotelSapphire Plaza Hotel is currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination</li><li>Act as the Manager on Duty and handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally</li><li>Ensure high standards of guest service and compliance with hotel policies and procedures</li><li>Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and performance</li><li>Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security departments</li><li>Prepare shift reports and report any incidents or operational issues to Management</li><li>Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Duty Manager in 4-5 Star Hotel (Mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Hotel Operations and Guest Relations</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Male - Arab Speaker</li><li>Can Join Immediately with Valid QID and Available NOC</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
