BASIC FUNCTION:
Operates forklift to either put away finished pallets of product, or to load customer orders on trailers for shipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Work in a safe manner by following all safety rules, regulations and procedures. Follow all GMP and HACCP requirements. Follow MSS. Responsible for reporting food safety or quality problems to management and assists in implementing corrective action measures. Complete all paperwork, charts, etc., in a timely and legible manner. Maintain general housekeeping; maintain a clean and orderly work area. Operates forklift to put away finished goods produced into racking. Operates forklift to load or unload trailers. Documents/scans product for inventory purposes. Ensures correct product is pulled and shipped to customer. Must be attentive to details to ensure correct product and code dates are supplied to customers. Manually builds pallets of product for shipment or storage as needed. Bring all maintenance related issues to the maintenance department through the use of a maintenance request form or immediate request over the paging system. Keep supervisor informed regarding actual versus planned production and nature of production disrupting problems and reasons for equipment downtime. Other duties as assigned by management/supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous forklift and manufacturing experience helpful. Food operations experience a plus. Knowledge of GMP&rsquo;s, general safety rules and chemical right to know a plus. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems in standardized fashion. Must be able to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions. Must be able to add and subtract, count and tally production information.
Must be able to write simple correspondence and fill out graphs, charts, and forms. Must be able to communicate on an interpersonal basis as it applies to co-workers, supervisor/managers, etc. in a manner sufficient to exchange and convey information and to receive work instructions.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
<ul><li>Lead monthly S&amp;OP demand meetings with sales and supply chain departments
</li><li>Gathering updates from sales, category management, and marketing that will impact future demand and adjust forecast accordingly
</li><li>Effectively communicate essential changes in demand trends using data driven methods to internal cross-functional partners
</li><li>Analyze, and report monthly forecast accuracy KPI metrics and identify and implement solutions to improve performance
</li><li>Responsible for the detailed accuracy of the sales forecast to the product/location level of detail.
</li><li>Reviewing historical sales trends and model the data to forecast future demand
</li><li>Closely monitor and review new and discontinued item forecasts
</li><li>Maintaining and refining sales history and customer master data
</li><li>Review and integrate customer events including new product launches, promotions, and replacement items correctly into forecasts
</li><li>Own supply chain relationships with core customers for demand planning and forecasting activities; benchmark customer forecasts and partner with them on all demand related communication.
</li><li>Complete weekly and monthly reports and alerts to correct forecast inaccuracies and achieve sales order fill rate targets and minimize the risk of aged inventory that has a shelf-life
</li></ul>You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications
<ul><li>2-4 years&rsquo; experience in forecasting or supply planning, food/beverage or consumer packaged goods industry preferred.
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, related field or equivalent work experience required.
</li><li>Experience with Power BI, Excel Spreadsheets, and SAP software solutions
</li><li>Proficient in data retrieval, database manipulation/organization, and root cause analysis
</li><li>Skilled at time management and prioritization of tasks where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.
</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Salary offers vary commensurate with skills, experience, education, and training.
This position requires a hybrid work schedule based out of Milwaukee, WI. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Milwaukee, WI (Wauwatosa, WI) office a minimum of 3 days per week.
