 Compensation
 
 
 
 Compensation is structured per visit, with many team members earning approximately $18-25+ per hour of active scheduled time depending on route density, availability, tips, and holiday coverage.
 
 
 What The Role Looks Like
 
 
 As a professional pet sitter and dog walker, you&rsquo;ll visit clients&rsquo; homes throughout the New Haven area to provide dependable care for dogs, cats, and small pets. Visits may include:

 Feeding and fresh water
 </li>

 Litter box cleaning
 </li>

 Medications
 </li>
 <li>
 Playtime and companionship
 </li>

 Most visits are scheduled within a short driving radius of your home to help keep routes efficient and manageable.
 
 
 Important Availability Expectations
 
 
 Because many of our clients travel or work long hours, applicants should have consistent availability during some mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the year.
 
 
 Early morning availability is a major plus.

 Ability to safely enter and secure client homes

 Comfortable using scheduling and communication apps
 </li>

 Professional animal experience is helpful but not required &mdash; we will train the right person
