This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant food industry environment while showcasing your hospitality skills.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Assist with food handling, preparation, and bussing to support smooth restaurant operations</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations</li><li>Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and billing</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently using excellent time management skills in busy settings</li><li>Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising guest experience</li><li>Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy</li><li>Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; hospitality background highly valued</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including weekends in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
