Your Responsibilities:
Yes, you&rsquo;ll be diagnosing, drilling, and dazzling patients with your clinical skills&mdash;but let&rsquo;s be real, we&rsquo;re looking for more than just a steady hand and a sharp eye. You&rsquo;re the kind of doctor who can explain a treatment plan without sounding like a textbook, build trust that keeps patients coming back, and lead a team like it&rsquo;s second nature (with a few lame dad jokes along the way). If you&rsquo;re all about high standards, continuous growth, and believe that leadership means serving first&mdash;welcome to the crusade. Diagnose and provide excellent patient care and treatment</li><li>

Qualifications:
You&rsquo;ve got the degree (DMD or DDS&mdash;we don&rsquo;t play favorites), an active license with no drama attached, and a chairside manner that puts people at ease before they even sit down. You&rsquo;re a confident communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who treats patients like people&mdash;not procedures. If you&rsquo;ve got clinical chops, a collaborative spirit, and compassion baked into everything you do, we already like your style.<ul><li>
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school</li><li>
Active [state specific] dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)</li><li>
Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>
