This role blends process automation, technical troubleshooting, and governance using SailPoint and ServiceNow.Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle Automation: Identify and implement automation for JML processes; drive the rollout and onboarding of new applications in partnership with Dev and Ops teams.Identity Governance: Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint and provide logs/documentation for audit compliance.Operational Support: Resolve IAM-related incidents and support tickets; manage provisioning requests via ServiceNow and SailPoint.Integrated Design: Collaborate with Tech Leads, HR, and IT to align IAM technology with organizational needs and end-to-end design standards.Change Management: Support system stability through active participation in change and incident management processes.QualificationsExperience: 3
