 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 1. Event Marketing &amp; Campaigns
 
 
 &middot; Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, OOH, on-ground) to drive ticket sales within budgets.
 
 
 &middot; Oversee shoots, coverage, and event-day amplification.
 
 
 &middot; Type of events: concerts / festivals / standup comedy / musicals, etc.
 
 
 2. Performance Marketing
 
 
 &middot; Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram; agency coordination as needed.
 
 
 &middot; Analyze reports, derive insights, and apply learnings for better ROI.
 
 
 3. Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 &middot; Present strategies and insights to leadership.
 
 
 &middot; Work with internal teams, agencies, and talent (artists/comedians) to deliver strong creative and marketing outputs.
 
 
 4. Creative &amp; Content Strategy
 
 
 &middot; Brief design/video teams on asset requirements (copy, supers, references).
 
 
 &middot; Ensure all assets align with brand and event positioning.
 
 
 5. Sponsorship Support
 
 
 &middot; Build pitch decks and marketing ideas for sponsors.
 
 
 &middot; Ideate digital/on-ground brand integrations (fashion, beverages, etc.).
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 &middot; Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva for impactful presentations.
 
 
 &middot; Working knowledge of Excel for tracking budgets, performance, and reporting.
 
 
 &middot; Strong strategic thinking with the ability to derive marketing insights from data.
 
 
 &middot; Independent, proactive, and accountable for end-to-end project execution.
 
 
 &middot; Confident in engaging directly with artists, comedians, and external stakeholders.
 
 
 &middot; Data-driven, with a problem-solving mindset.
 
 
 &middot; Creative thinker with the ability to balance analytical insights with marketing innovation.
 
 
 &middot; Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
