Educational Qualification<ul><li>BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience</li></ul>OR<ul><li>Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Experience in building construction projects (residential, institutional, or commercial)</li><li>Hands-on supervision of electrical, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire), HVAC, and substation works</li><li>Familiarity with site execution, quality control, and statutory compliance for all electrical and building services</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Ability to read and review electrical, MEP, HVAC, and fire-fighting drawings</li><li>Experience with joint measurements, billing, and certification for electrical works</li><li>Knowledge of IS codes, NBC, CPWD standards, and safety protocols relevant to electrical installations</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Primavera/MS Project or similar project management tools is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,614.85 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
