We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks while providing excellent internal and external support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence</li><li>Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure accurate record-keeping</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars</li><li>Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed</li><li>Order office supplies and manage inventory</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or data entry</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments</li><li>Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records (if applicable)</li><li>Ensure office policies and procedures are followed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
