Job Title: Shipping &amp; Documentation ExecutiveLocation: [Gurgaon / Delhi NCR / Specify] Experience: 2&ndash;5 Years Industry: Export / Domestic Trade / Manufacturing / Fashion / Handicrafts (as applicable)Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and manage export &amp; domestic invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents</li><li>Handle DGFT-related work including:</li><li>Licenses</li><li>Export incentives</li><li>Compliance with regulations &amp; clearances</li><li>Coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters</li><li>Ensure correct application of Incoterms for shipments</li><li>Manage banking documentation including:</li><li>BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate)</li><li>Lodging of export documents</li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipments and statutory documentation</li><li>Work on HSN codes, GST-related shipping requirements</li><li>Update and maintain data in Tally 7 and Excel</li><li>Track shipments and follow up for timely deliveries</li><li>Ensure compliance with export/import policies and company procedures</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Knowledge Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Export &amp; Domestic Documentation</li><li>Practical understanding of DGFT rules, incentives &amp; compliance</li><li>Experience dealing with couriers, forwarders &amp; logistics partners</li><li>Knowledge of Incoterms</li><li>Familiarity with banking regulations &amp; BRC</li><li>Working knowledge of HSN codes</li><li>Proficiency in Tally 7</li><li>Good command over MS Excel</li><li>Web-savvy with ability to handle online portals &amp; documentation</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Detail-oriented and well-organized</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Familiar with government and logistics portals</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,319.92 - ₹45,589.79 per monthWork Location: In person
