Job Description &ndash; Civil Project ManagerPosition: Civil Project ManagerExperience Required: Minimum 10+ years Location: Saket, New DelhiEmployment Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager with a proven trackrecord of successfully delivering multiple large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for end-to-end project execution, cost and schedule control, risk management,and effective coordination with all stakeholders. A strong background in Pre-EngineeredBuildings (PEB), fabrication, erection works, and RCC construction is essential. Thecandidate must demonstrate leadership qualities, the ability to collaborate with MEP teams,and the vision to apply modern construction methods for timely and efficient projectdelivery.Key Responsibilities &#8729;Strong advocate of modern construction methods to deliver projects efficiently acrossall stages of execution.&#8729;Plan, execute, and monitor multiple civil and structural projects simultaneously.&#8729;Develop and implement project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.&#8729;Ensure strict adherence to project timelines through effective project control andscheduling.&#8729;Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams toensure smooth execution.&#8729;Perform risk analysis and develop proactive mitigation strategies.&#8729;Lead and supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve projectmilestones.&#8729;Oversee fabrication and erection of PEB structures, ensuring compliance with design,safety, and quality standards.&#8729;Review and manage RCC construction for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, andimplementation.&#8729;Collaborate closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services.&#8729;Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and forecasts to managementand stakeholders.&#8729;Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across allproject phases.Key Requirements &#8729;Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).&#8729;10+ years of proven experience in civil project management with exposure to multiplelarge-scale projects.&#8729;Hands-on expertise in PEB buildings, fabrication, and erection works.&#8729;Strong knowledge of RCC construction and implementation.&#8729;Demonstrated ability in project control, cost control, risk management, and budgetforecasting.&#8729;Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.&#8729;Experience working with MEP teams for integrated project delivery.&#8729;Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.&#8729;Proficiency in project management tools and modern construction technologies.Personality &amp; Leadership Traits &#8729;Visionary and decisive leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams.&#8729;Strong advocate of modern construction methods to deliver projects efficiently.&#8729;Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.&#8729;Committed to achieving quality, safety, and timely delivery in every project.&#8729;Highly collaborative, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;875,000.00 - &#8377;940,000.00 per year
