We are looking for a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant to CEO who plays a vital role in supporting the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and managing communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders. This position combines high-level administrative expertise with strong project management and digital communication skills. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage dynamic responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities1. Executive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s daily schedule, calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare meeting materials, presentations, briefing notes, and reports.</li><li>Handle confidential correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and record archives.</li><li>Anticipate requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth workflow for the CEO&rsquo;s office.</li></ul>2. Meeting, Conference &amp; Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate and execute meetings, conferences, and special projects, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.</li><li>Monitor progress across multiple initiatives to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.</li><li>Manage stakeholder coordination and documentation for internal and external engagements.</li></ul>3. Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Screen, prioritize, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO.</li><li>Facilitate effective information flow between the CEO and executive leadership.</li><li>Support the preparation of official correspondence and presentations.</li></ul>4. Office &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Oversee office operations, ensuring availability of supplies, equipment, and resources.</li><li>Collaborate closely with administrative staff to maintain efficient workflows.</li><li>Ensure the CEO&rsquo;s office environment functions smoothly and professionally.</li></ul>5.
