In this context we are looking for Warehouse Operator's , open to 1st or 2nd shift , to join our team in Dulles, VA .
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
<ul><li>You will be part of the team responsible for moving items through and out of the warehouse in a safe and clean manner.
</li><li>Receive and inspect parts into the Satair Group IT Systems and put stock away in correct location.
</li><li>Pick and process orders in the correct priority sequence according to established performances targets; packing parts for safe shipment according to shipping instructions and applicable standard specifications (ATA300).
</li></ul>ABOUT YOU:
Equipped with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and paired with professional experience ideally as a Warehouse Operator , we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
<ul><li>Entry level warehouse experience
</li><li>Familiarity with OSHA requirements and ability to work safely
</li><li>Ability to communicate in English, both in writing and verbally
</li><li>Ability to resolve rudimentary issues without supervision
</li></ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Carrying: Able to carry up to 50lbs
</li><li>Hearing: Able to hear to participate in phone and in-person conversations also able to hear sirens, alarms and other emergency signals.
</li><li>Lifting: Able to lift up to 50lbs - 125 lbs 2-person lift
</li><li>Pushing / Pulling: Able to push/pull items over short distances and on occasion.
</li><li>Sitting: Able to sit for long periods of time in meetings; drafting computer-based documents, sometimes with limited breaks.
</li><li>Speaking: Able to speak and conduct conversations often for extended periods of time in meetings, negotiations and training.
</li><li>Written Communications Able to provide user instructions and notifications in a clear, understandable manner either via messaging or printed documents.
</li><li>Squatting / Kneeling: Able to occasionally squat and and to replace or retrieve items from low storage.

This role will support the sales of used aircraft parts and services to operators, lessors and repair shops within Satair PTE Ltd's sales. Increasing customer satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for all spare parts and related services.

</li><li>Provide quarterly reports and forecast figures for Satair PTE Ltd's sales area

<ul><li>Coordinate relevant sales tasks between Satair Departments in close partnership with Product Management
</li><li>Set up and maintain appropriate client data records
</li><li>assist the Product Marketing Department furnishing Satair's suppliers with information on market conditions and assist on customer meetings
</li><li>Ensure that customers receive full support for their used part orders issues. This includes the internal management of orders, actively working customer order backlog, addressing customer complaints related to material orders as well as the follow-up of customer requests in coordination with all the departments involved in spares ordering activities.
</li><li>Coordinate and conduct regular account meetings with the responsible departments, (Sales &amp; Support functions and others, as needed) to share information and keep a global view on customers' activities which will include openly discussing order related issues to reduce possibility of issue raising.
</li><li>Measure and apply key performance indicators in order to supervise material order activity and produce order activity reports for customers, account team and management.
</li></ul>This role will involve some travel for business up to 5 %, internationally, and domestically.
ABOUT YOU
 Equipped with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Production or equivalent experience, paired with 3+ years of assigned territory sales experience. We are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Production
</li><li>3 + years of assigned territory sales experience
</li><li>Working experience within logistics, supply chain, customer service and/or aviation industry.
</li><li>Technical and process oriented background with the ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
</li><li>Possess knowledge of used parts ordering, planning, pricing, and provisioning.
</li><li>Excellent proven understanding of G-suite applications and SAP.
</li><li>Shipping knowledge, including INCO terms ( including knowledge of transportation of dangerous goods)
</li></ul>Physical Requirements
<ul><li>Onsite or remote: 80 % Onsite - 20% remote
</li><li>Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.
</li><li>Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
</li><li>Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
