 We are currently offering a
 
 full-time, four month Graduate Training Program
 
 tailored for recent graduates from all academic backgrounds and nationalities. This immersive program provides structured rotations across Satel&rsquo;s core departments Operations, Leasing, Business Development, Marketing, Maintenance, and Tenant Relations, designed to build practical experience, professional readiness, and strategic exposure to the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 Participants will gain hands on project assignments, mentorship from departmental leads, and real-time performance feedback preparing them for potential full time roles within the organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Learn and Do:
 
 
 <ul>

 Rotate across core departments: Operations, Customer Experience, Tenant Relations, Marketing, Business Development, and Facility Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in live property management projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily operational tasks and service coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn to manage tenant communications and enhance customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in digital campaigns targeting tenants and investors
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to internal development initiatives and reporting
 </li>

 Requirements:

 Recent graduate (Business, Industrial Engineering, English, Marketing)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality graphic materials for both digital and print. You will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop designs that support Satel&rsquo;s marketing strategies and contribute to brand growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Design and produce high-quality visual content for online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop creative concepts and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain the visual identity for Satel to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the marketing team to produce engaging content for campaigns and promotional activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review designs for accuracy and make revisions as necessary.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative and conceptual skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>

 Preferred Skills:
