The Human Resources Specialist/Manager will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills, dedicated to helping SPPL create a supportive and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.</li><li>Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, employee development programs, and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits enrollment, and assist employees with questions related to benefits and compensation.</li><li>HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and utilize data for strategic planning and decision-making.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain updated knowledge of industry standards.</li><li>Training and Development: Coordinate or facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.</li></ul>Educational Qualification: MBA HRSkill:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul>Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
