<div>The Supervisor &ndash; Corporate Governance &amp; Legal Affairs is responsible for overseeing the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of governance and legal compliance across AZM. Education &amp; Qualifications</h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Political Science).</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Experience</h4><ul><li>
Minimum 4&ndash;7 years of progressive experience in corporate governance, legal affairs, or regulatory compliance, ideally within the ICT or corporate sector.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring governance frameworks, board charters, and legal compliance systems.</li><li>
Strong familiarity with Saudi corporate and regulatory environments (e.g., Companies Law, CMA regulations, labor law, and related frameworks).</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Skills &amp; Competencies</h4><ul><li>
Excellent knowledge of corporate governance principles, board operations, and regulatory reporting.</li><li>
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and risk management.</li><li>
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and legal drafting skills.</li><li>
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment in handling sensitive matters.</li><li>
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).</li><li>

The Receptionist ensures smooth coordination of front-desk operations, visitor
management, and administrative support in compliance with Saudi workplace,
security, and data privacy standards.<ul><li> 
Front Desk &amp; Visitor Management</li></ul><ul><li>
Greet and register visitors; issue access badges per policy.</li><li>
Maintain a professional reception area and notify staff of arrivals.</li><li>
Coordinate with Security to ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.</li></ul>
2. Communication &amp; Call Handling<ul><li>
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.</li><li>
Respond to general inquiries and manage emails via info@azm.sa and reception@azm.sa.</li></ul>
3. Administrative &amp; Logistical Support<ul><li>
Assist with courier coordination, document distribution, and mail tracking.</li><li>
Support room bookings, refreshments, and event logistics.</li><li>
Maintain contact lists of internal departments and vendors.</li></ul>
4. Compliance &amp; Record-Keeping<ul><li>
Keep visitor logs and delivery records in line with data and security policies.</li><li>
Follow HSE and emergency procedures.</li><li>
Report incidents or issues to the Facility Supervisor.</li></ul></div>
