Job Title: Project Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Saudi National Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years (7+ years in project management roles preferred)Job PurposeThe Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the projects in line with contractual, safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the overall project execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.</li><li>Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Review and approve project deliverables, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and project teams.</li><li>Oversee procurement, contract management, and subcontractor performance.</li><li>Manage change orders, claims, and dispute resolution in coordination with the contracts team.</li><li>Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure timely project completion within the approved cost and schedule.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred).</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in managing large-scale construction, industrial, or oil &amp; gas projects.</li><li>Proven track record of managing high-value projects in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships and multicultural teams.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken &amp; written).</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Saudi Nationality is mandatory.</li><li>Previous experience in mega projects is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, local authorities, and client requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Project Manager

The ICT/ELV Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects related to ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. This includes accurate quantity takeoff, preparation of the BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) to support project execution and financial control.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparation detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs/BOQ from drawings (SLDs, layouts, shop drawings), cost management, and cost reporting.</li><li>
Track and analyze all commercial information related to the project, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, to ensure adherence to the budget</li><li>
Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all client requirements are met</li><li>
Submitting regular budget reports</li><li>
Working at a client&rsquo;s business, on a construction site</li><li>
Prepare IPCs based on site progress and agreed contract milestones.</li><li>
Submit IPC documentation with required backup (e.g., marked-up drawings, delivery notes, inspection reports)</li><li>
Coordinate with site engineers and planners to verify installed quantities.</li><li>
Liaise with the main contractor/client for verification and approval of IPCs.</li><li>
Track certified vs. claimed values and ensure alignment with the contract terms.</li><li>
Identify and quantify variations due to design changes, site conditions, or client instructions.</li><li>
Maintain logs for takeoffs, variations, IPCs, and payment status.</li></ul>

Understanding of MIRs, WIR&rsquo;s, IPA&rsquo;s, VO calculations and submission will be preferred</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Bachelors or undergraduate degree in quantity surveying or any relevant discipline</li><li>
Specific experience with ICT and ELV systems is highly desirable</li><li>
Minimum 4-6 year experience needed</li></ul></div>
