Sauquoit Valley Central School District is in search of a Confidential Secretary to the Superintendent. This position performs highly responsible and confidential administrative support work for the Superintendent, including independently managing complex clerical operations, coordinating office activities, and handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. The role requires sound judgment in interpreting policies and procedures and maintaining effective relationships with staff, families, and the public. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, communication, and office management skills, along with the ability to independently handle administrative details, prepare correspondence and memoranda, and maintain a high level of accuracy, initiative, tact, and confidentiality. The candidate will also be expected to possess, or obtain within a reasonable period of time, certification as a Notary Public.
