 Mission:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Government Relations Officer is accountable to be responsible for the full spectrum of Government Affair matters related to employee and company.
 
 
 
 
 
 To provide administrative support to Country Manager, legal and HR through effective coordination with government entities, ensuring compliance with local labor and immigration regulations, and facilitating all official processes related to employee documentation, company licensing, and legal obligations..
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Liaise with ministries, labor departments, and immigration authorities for processing work permits, visas, labor cards, and residency permits.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure all licenses and certificates (company licensing, registration renewals, and official documentations)are renewed on time and company doesn&rsquo;t face any legal issues due to the nonrenewal of such certificates. Keep record on those documents and update as requested.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of all governmental transactions, documentation, and filings
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain from the concerned government offices all necessary documentation for the legal employment of all employees within KSA. Ensure this is processed in a timely way to assist the recruitment and employment of new joiners and continuous employment of current staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain relations with the various Ministerial and governmental departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be responsible for Human Resources government related tasks: (example below):
 </li>
 <li>
 Master certificates and platforms: Qiwa &ndash; Muqeem -GOSI- Nitaqat .
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with GOSI office and Labour office for various issue
 </li>
 <li>
 Transfer of sponsorship for expat employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 New work permits and Iqama Renewals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exit re-entry visas for employee.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience as Government Relations specialist or similar
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in similar related field - preferred in Public Relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Languages: Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough understand of local law standards, Approving Authority processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be collaborative and able to work across regional offices and business boundaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in leading GRO services in a multi-national organization whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Riyadh, with a geographic scope in KSA
 </li>

 Maintaining official departmental records and executing administrative and not administrative responsibilities in line with the organizational operating policies and procedures in an effort to attain corporate goals and objectives; by performing the following duties.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting to the GCC Chief Executive Officer, and works in close cooperation with the General Manager of Saudi Arabia and the HR Director of Saudi Arabia, Being based at Riyadh. The responsibilities of the role will be:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensures all administrative activities are handled efficiently, including but not limited to: calls screened and re-directed where necessary in an effective and efficient manner to help maximise productivity (e.g. correspondence, communications, appointments, weekly schedules, itineraries.. etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinating complex travel and accommodation arrangements for all GCC team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinating logistics and on-boardings including medical insurance enrollments, access Door Key, Office Desk, Business cards, Office orientation, travel and accommodation arrangements for all employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs all other business related tasks as assigned by the CEO, the Managing Director &amp; the HR Director
 </li>
 <li>
 Support to onboarding &amp; Employee Integration: design, lead and maintain the key processus which are important for any new employee (find a house, school subcriptions, etc.. IQAMA process, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support to onboarding &amp; Employee Integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 External Partnerships &amp; Vendor Management: Lead and manage initiatives involving negotiations with service providers that support employee and office daily needs, such as real estate contracts, travel agencies, hotels, and other partners within the GCC region.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 Experience Background: minimum 5 years in a similar position
 </li>
 <li>
 Educational background: University Degree or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications: Bachelor Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Location: Riyadh
 </li>

 Geographic scope: Saudi Arabia and GCC
 </li>
 <li>
 Languages: Arabic, English
 </li>
