 Influencer Marketing Coordinator.
 
 
 
 
 How Do You Fit In?
 
 
 
 The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Savage X Fenty brand partnerships program to ensure that all influencer partnerships are executed smoothly and efficiently.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be hyper-organized and can effectively manage multiple projects at a time. The ideal candidate is passionate about Savage X Fenty, fashion, and influencer marketing / social media trends. This person will be solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to quickly pivot based on brand needs
 
 
 This position will report to the
 
 Director of Influencer Marketing.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in the day-to-day management of our influencer gifting program to support company goals, brand storytelling and acquisition
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with micro-influencers, managing all communications to fulfil program deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product inventory, and place and track gifting orders for influencers to achieve monthly goals, being mindful of program deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and evaluate potential partners based on a number of factors, including engagement, audience demo, and brand fit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the influencer generated content organization and distribution process to ensure all content is being fully utilized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and contract creators for one-off paid requests as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze all influencer program deliverables, data and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create content calendars and directional collateral for influencers to help them fulfill contractual obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update influencer management platforms with monthly campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share creative content ideas and inspiration with internal team and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Know what&rsquo;s going on in the industry and what our competitors are doing; collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen our partnership programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on brand ambassador deliverables as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with an emphasis in social media, marketing, communications, or public relations preferred or relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and highly organized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships within all levels of the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in fashion or beauty preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to connect with individuals and foster long-lasting relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

 The hourly range for this position is from $27.40-$30.00/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role.  What You Will Do
