To expand our corporate and VIP client base, we are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Specialist to join our team.Job Summary The Outdoor Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and driving sales through proactive client engagement. The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proven experience in luxury sales or hospitality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and approach new corporate and VIP clients to promote Savanna&rsquo;s floral and gifting solutions.</li><li>Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.</li><li>Develop tailored proposals and quotations for events, weddings, and corporate gifting.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Represent Savanna at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.</li><li>Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure client requirements are delivered with excellence.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports for management.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in outdoor sales, corporate sales, or business development (preferably in luxury retail, floral, hospitality, or events industry).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.</li><li>Bilingual (Arabic &amp; English) preferred.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Sales: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License in Qatar (Required)</li><li>QID in Qatar (Required)</li></ul>

Outdoor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter customer orders into the system and prepare simple invoices.</li><li>Verify order details and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Keep accurate records of invoices, receipts, and orders, and maintain proper filing (both electronic and paper).</li><li>Perform data entry and documentation tasks with high accuracy.</li><li>Assist in preparing and following up on purchase orders.</li><li>Support the sales team in following up on pending orders and customer payments.</li><li>Provide routine office and administrative support, including handling correspondence and maintaining files.</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support other departments when needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/POS systems for orders and invoicing (preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLicense/Certification:<ul><li>QID in Qatar?
