</b></li>Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within the factory is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner<br>

</b></li><li>Apply the day-to-day operations of Electrical &amp;instrumentation shift to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
</li><li>Lead and Assist Electrical &amp;instrumentation maintenance and repair work on plant and equipment in all areas to keep productivity as Plant Target.
</li><li>Troubleshoot, and Locate equipment faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostic tests, measurements and analyses, and plan toward remedy to eliminate breakdowns and reduce downtimes.
</li><li>Assist with the implementation of preventative maintenance.
</li><li>Procedures and requirements for Electrical &amp;instrumentation equipment in order to increase the efficiency of the devices.
</li><li>Identify legislative requirements and regulations, ensuring Electrical &amp;instrumentation equipment and practice in order to meet those requirements and Company policy.
</li><li>Assist in identifying spare parts and materials requirements for Electrical &amp;instrumentation sections for procurement by the Purchasing Department in order to meet those requirements and Company policy.
</li><li>If required, take on the role of control &amp; refinery Engineer (e.g., during vacation period) to keep the plant productivity.
</li><li>Assist in identifying and organizing plant replacement when required in order to keep productivity as Plant Target.
</li><li>Complete an end of shift report and carry out effective communication &amp; handover activities to track the devices performance.
</li><li>Manage his team, with particular emphasis on training them in order to cope with new technological developments.
</li><li>Ensures that attendance records are maintained for staff under his control, applies disciplinary procedures and reports disciplinary matters as required to complete tasks on time.
</li>Correctly manage and report all maintenance activities and assets data / records through company ORACLE to keep continuous and valid records for all assets.<br>

</li><li>Work as directed by the manufacturing head in co-coordinating and checking the work of the Processes Operators within their groups to ensure the target of department is fully achieved.
</li><li>Put the budgetary plan related to the CAPEX of the department projects and R&amp;M and supervise the projects in order to enhance the reliability of the process
</li><li>Maintain high standards of the work of the operation members in shifts in order to keep the work running smoothly from start to end point of processes.
</li><li>On daily basis, give the work schedule to his team to ensure adequate stocks of chemicals, etc. are available.
</li><li>Coordinate with the shift managers and alignment with the manufacturing head to ensure that all duties are carried out efficiently in all productions processes to meet the standard operation.
</li><li>Review all ends of shift reports to ensure that the job carried out during shifts is in accordance with the approved timetables and has been efficiently implemented.
</li><li>Arrange for training for the refinery team concerning efficient methods of work, correct operation of machines and correct attitudes to work in terms of discipline, timekeeping and cleanliness
</li><li>Arrange with manufacturing head to make decisions, allocation of equipment and labor to different locations in refinery to maintain the smooth operation.
</li><li>Liaise with the shift managers and all departments in the refinery with alignment with manufacturing head to Assure that all work inside refinery done with the high standard of safety, GMP and food safety.
</li><li>Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
</li><li>Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives
