Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to plan routes and load vehicles.</li><li>Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport receipts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during transportation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and delivery reports.</li><li>Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.</li><li>Manage vehicle allocation and ensure proper documentation for drivers.</li><li>Report any delivery issues, delays, or damages to the concerned department.</li><li>Support the continuous improvement of dispatch processes and systems.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations (industry-specific preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in dispatch software, ERP systems, and MS Office.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,405.51 - &#8377;27,586.47 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
