Job SummarySawyer Services LLC is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform residential and light commercial maintenance, repair, and HVAC-related tasks. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and professionalism.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general maintenance and repair work including:</li><li>Drywall repair, painting, trim, and carpentry</li><li>Minor plumbing and electrical repairs</li><li>Door, window, fixture, and hardware repairs</li><li>HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting (experience preferred)</li><li>Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repairs</li><li>Complete work orders accurately using company software</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with customers</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li><li>Use company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of maintenance, handyman, or related trade experience</li><li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance (uniforms are provided)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Trade school or technical training</li><li>Experience with residential or commercial property maintenance</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Customer service or in-home service experience</li><li>HVAC experience or EPA certification is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Consistent work with growth opportunities</li><li>Company vehicle and tools (if applicable)</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a locally owned company</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday 8am-5pm (some overtime or emergency calls as needed)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 45 per weekPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: On the road
