The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate books of accounts, processing invoices, managing cash flow, overseeing inventory, and optimizing the internal order cycle time.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of company&rsquo;s manufacturing unit, supporting the COO in achieving operational excellence by:<ul><li>Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain financial stability.</li><li>Oversee inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.</li><li>Analyze and streamline the internal order cycle time for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports to support strategic financial planning.</li></ul>Financial Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Generate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.</li></ul>General Ledger Management:<ul><li>Oversee the general ledger and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.</li><li>Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure proper coding and classification of financial transactions.</li></ul>Internal Controls:<ul><li>Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.</li><li>Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Implement improvements to enhance financial processes.</li></ul>Cash Management:<ul><li>Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.</li><li>Monitor banking activities and reconcile bank statements.</li><li>Optimize cash management processes to maximize efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requisites:<ul><li>Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable</li><li>Strong knowledge in financial reporting and analysis</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.</li><li>Proven experience in cash flow management, inventory control, and process optimization.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with cash flow management and inventory control principles</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Kindly mention your ethnicity:</li></ul>Ex: Urdu Speaking, Punjabi, Balochi, Memon, Kashmiri, Pashtun etcWork Location: In person
