 This internship will help you acquire finance, analytical, and execution skills by participating in key Capital Markets initiatives and live projects that impact SB Energy&rsquo;s financing activities. You will gain broad experience in infrastructure finance and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Support on active financing transactions
 </li>

 Help manage due diligence workstreams
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of internal approval materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with financial modeling and analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the company for data validation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications/Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA candidates or recently graduated from a college or university with a degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in energy, digital infrastructure, and finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills required. Financial modeling experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to ask questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

 Location:
 
 Headquarters in Redwood City, CA, or Denver, CO preferred. We have a hybrid office setup.
 
 
 Hourly pay: $25-$30 per hour
