Position: Merchandising &amp; Sourcing LeadOverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Merchandising &amp; Sourcing Lead to drive our product strategy from trend discovery to market launch. This role will focus on discovering and sourcing trend-driven products, building strong vendor partnerships, and leading merchandising strategies that bring high-potential products to market quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for trends, strong sourcing experience, and hands-on skills in product selection, curation, and sales strategy.Responsibilities<ul><li>Research and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products</li><li>Discover and source trend-driven products with high sales potential</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and build partnerships with domestic and international vendors</li><li>Negotiate product terms, pricing, and delivery schedules</li><li>Plan and manage product assortments, pricing, and launch timelines</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies</li><li>Monitor product performance and adjust assortments based on data and results</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or sourcing</li><li>Proven ability to discover and source trend-forward products</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer trends and retail markets</li><li>Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales and profitability</li><li>Bilingual in English and Korean preferred</li><li>Experience in beauty, lifestyle, F&amp;B, or consumer goods is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Traits<ul><li>Passion for discovering and curating new, trend-driven products</li><li>Strong market awareness and creative thinking</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Buena Park, CA (On-site)</li></ul>Employment Type &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Industry-leading compensation and benefits, negotiable based on experience and capability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
