Your Next Career Opportunity &ndash; Senior Accounts Payable Administrator</b><br>

This position has overall responsibility for timely review and accurate payment processing of all Account Payable (A/P) invoices. In addition, this position requires good customer service skills to resolve vendor payment issues or inquiries in a timely manner. Act proactively to support the Team Leader with payment issue resolution and posting of invoices processed by team members.<br>

<b>What You Will Do &ndash; Primary Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Communicates effectively with other departments regarding land and site owner issues.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure all domestic and international landlord's invoices and payments are processed timely and accurately, and ensure they meet the purchase order requirements and/or have the proper approval to enable payment.</p></li><li><p>
Code and prepare any miscellaneous check requests submitted as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure policies and procedures are followed, including tax requirements in every country of operation.</p></li><li><p>
Address landowner and site owner inquiries in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>
Review invoice errors and assist the team leader with issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>
Use the Company A/P system to process void transactions, purchase order returns, reversal of transactions, review and reconcile batches.</p></li><li><p>
Perform regular research necessary regarding open aging items.</p></li><li><p>
Accurately complete or perform peer review of data entries.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare reconciliations, statistical and Ad Hoc reports as required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Need &ndash; Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>
H.S. Diploma/GED required, Associate's Degree preferred; and a minimum of 3 year of Accounts Payable experience with a company operating in an international environment preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Dynamics D365 preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
