Your Next Career Opportunity &ndash; Accounts Receivable Administrator II</b><br>
<br>
The Accounts Receivable Administrator II is responsible for providing financial and administrative support relating to accounts receivable (billing, customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, and reconciliation), ensuring effective, efficient and accurate financial operations. The incumbent oversees the maintenance of supporting records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and external regulations. Follows controls to meet both internal and external audit requirements.<br>

<b>What You Will Do &ndash; Primary Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><div>
Responsible for all invoice preparation and customer billing aspects, including billing in Third Party Systems. Ensure invoices and billing data are accurate, compliant and that customers are billed according to contract specifications.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure tax and billing fiscal requirements for each country are followed.</div></li><li><div>
Manage the collection of all customer receivables and develop a strong relationship with all customers to resolve any queries or overdue debt issues.</div></li><li><div>
Process cash receipts timely and accurately, which includes: ACH Exceptions, Lockbox, Wires, Desk Top Deposits, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve outstanding Cash Application issues.</div></li><li><div>
Review and research high volume of transactions for payment and posting discrepancies, identify and document root cause, and raise findings to appropriate local office(s) and management for action.</div></li><li><div>
Proactively communicate directly with local offices and customers to ensure timely payments and adherence to scheduled payment plans.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure an accurate and efficient monthly closing of Accounts Receivable's financial records and posting of month-end information and maintain monthly statement of reconciliation on all account receivable related balances.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare monthly Aged Debtors report, aging analysis, and unapplied receipts report.</div></li><li><div>
Provide timely and accurate monthly reports (revenue, accruals, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
Provide periodic inputs for cash flow reports and forecasts as required.</div></li><li><div>
Active participation in the design and implementation of continuous improvement in accounting and reporting processes to drive efficiencies.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with all SBA&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Need &ndash; Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
H.S. Diploma/GED is required, Associates Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; and a minimum of 2 years experience in General Accounting, Account Receivable, Billing, Reconciliation or Collection is required.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Great Plains preferred.</li></ul></div><p></p>

The Senior Director, Global Benefits &amp; Facilities is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and administration of global benefits, wellness, and leave programs, while also overseeing corporate facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment. As a member of the Human Resources leadership team, this role drives enterprise-wide strategies that support employee well-being, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across all markets. Global Benefits &amp; Wellness</b></p><ul><li><p>
Design, develop, implement, and administer global benefits and wellness programs across all regions, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness initiatives, COBRA, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts.</p></li><li><p>
Lead global benefits strategy by monitoring market trends, legislative developments, and competitive practices, and recommending plan design enhancements aligned with business needs.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee annual renewal and open enrollment processes, ensuring effective execution, communication, and employee experience.</p></li><li><p>
Administer and facilitate the company&rsquo;s 401(k) plan, including supporting the 401(k) committee and execution of long-term retirement strategy.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee and administer the Employee Relief Fund, ensuring governance, compliance, and effective program delivery.</p></li><li><p>
Lead the global leave of absence program, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act).</p></li><li><p>
Manage relationships with global and local brokers, consultants, and vendors; negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to ensure cost effectiveness and service quality.</p></li><li><p>

Lead space planning, renovations, and workplace optimization initiatives in alignment with business and workforce needs.</p></li><li><p>

Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members.</p></li><li><p>

Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>

What You&rsquo;ll Need &ndash; Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>
10+ years of progressive experience in global benefits administration and leadership; facilities management experience required, including oversight of operations and vendors.</p></li><li><p>
Strong working knowledge of benefits-related laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, IRS code, FLSA) and facilities safety and compliance standards.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise-level programs.</p></li><li><p>
HRIS experience required (UltiPro preferred); strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.</p></li><li><p>
Professional certifications such as CEBS, CPB, or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>
