Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare and review detailed drawings including plans, load calculations, elevations, sections, reinforcement detailing, and construction working drawings.&middot; Independently handle structural, architectural, and site development drawings with minimal supervision.&middot; Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and site engineers to collect required information for accurate drawing preparation.&middot; Review and modify drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback.&middot; Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, reinforcement schedules, and as-built drawings.&middot; Ensure complete adherence to IS codes, project specifications, and drafting standards.&middot; Perform quality checks to avoid drawing errors and ensure accuracy before issuing drawings to site.&middot; Maintain drawing documentation, revision logs, drawing registers, and version control.&middot; Assist in preparing BOQ/quantity estimates from drawings when required.&middot; Provide drawing-related clarifications to site teams and participate in technical discussions.&middot; Support in improving drafting standards and implementing best practices.&middot; Ensure all designs follow safety, stability, and structural integrity standards.&middot; Support senior design engineers in peer-review and internal audits of design deliverables.Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Education: Master Degree in Civil Engineering&middot; Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in civil design and drafting.&middot; Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, [STAAD, Revit]Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Designing Engineer

The Civil Designer will support the engineering and design team by preparing accurate drawings, 2D &amp; 3D models, and technical documents for civil construction projects. The role requires basic understanding of design standards, drafting tools, and construction practices.Key Responsibilities&middot; Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and plans for site development, roads, pipelines, buildings, and landscaping using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).&middot; Work closely with civil engineers and project managers to understand requirements and translate concepts into technical drawings.&middot; Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, building codes, and project specifications, conducting quality checks for accuracy.&middot; Modify and update drawings to incorporate design changes, feedback, and site verification data&middot; Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.&middot; Conduct site visits to gather data, verify measurements, and resolve technical issueRequired Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).</li><li>Basic knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / Civil 3D (added advantage).</li><li>Understanding of civil engineering drawings and standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans, sections, and structural details.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction methodologies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in drafting/design of civil projects.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
