<div>Project Manager &ndash; Commercial Roofing 
A rapidly growing Commercial Roofing company is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee and execute every phase of roofing installation and repair projects for commercial properties. The Project Managers leads multiple concurrent construction projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction at every stage. Position may be based in MD, with travel requirements at least twice a month to manage projects in North and South Carolina. Candidates who would like to relocate to North Carolina are welcome to apply. Commercial roofing experience is required, and experience with federal government or other public sector projects is desired.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop project plans, allocate resources, and delegate tasks.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate project cost estimates and budgets.</li>
<li>Monitor financial performance and adjust budgets as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and contracts.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.</li>
<li>Track performance metrics, participate in financial analyses, and report project outcomes.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with experience in public sector or government contract work desired.</li>
<li>Commercial roofing knowledge (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems) preferred.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in cost management software (Procore experience preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cost accounting principles.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required.</li>
</ul>
Education &amp; Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in both office and job site environments.</li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Responsible for developing sales activities associated with Commercial Distribution of parts, supplies, replacement equipment products, and accessories for the MD, DC &amp; VA markets.
</li><li>Take responsibility for developing sales activities associated with Commercial Distribution of parts, supplies, replacement equipment products, and accessories.</li>
<li>Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in your assigned territory.</li>
<li>Acquire and evaluate market data to develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and market share, including regular solicitation of customer feedback.</li>
<li>Develop and execute account-specific business plans to identify the long-term, mutual support required to facilitate strong, profitable, and successful partnerships.</li>
<li>Able to collaborate within Commercial Distribution and across all departments to support overall growth initiatives and ensure the optimal customer experience.</li>
<li>Develop a solid knowledge and efficient understanding of company&rsquo;s products, solutions, operating systems, and tools.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate call history and account sales call activity details within the CRM system.
