 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 Responsible for VIP Servicing by managing Card account of VIP, Execution/resolution of VIP Cases on utmost Priority, RM based Preemptive exceptional base priority services.
 
 
 
 Role Accountability
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure Wing-to-Wing Resolutions of all VIP cases with utmost accuracy and delivering best in class service
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage VIP Preemptive Servicing through effective Onboarding/Card &amp; Statement delivery, Real Time automated transaction Decline curing (RADAR), Payments &amp; Charges, Collection receivables/KYC renewal fulfilment as per RBI guidelines, Reinstatement/Activation of Card Account, monitoring of SR, End to End mapping of services
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to productivity, reactive and proactive TAT, quality standards, process metrics as per SOP, Credit policies, maker-checker process
 </li>
 <li>
 Function as a Relationship Manager for each VVIP account and ensure proactive account-level management, seamless transaction of routine services, and regular connects with the clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform RCA for chronic issues /Process improvements by initiating projects aiming enhanced service delivery to VIPs, productivity enhancement and better quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Critical account level tasks are done properly which are Reinstatement of account, Credit limit increase (audit item), approving&amp; Verifying KYC documents for change of contact. Card flipping/upgrade, Reward points reinstatement, Change of billing cycle, change of statement mode on Vision+, Reissue/replacement of cards. Risk/Pricing/product deviation for retention of VIPs, VIP application curing
 </li>

 Maintain data for audits of processes and sub-processes and liaise with Sales, marketing, Risk, Product, pricing, and collection for the deviations, Service Nos and change/improvement in process

 The Role is accountable to

 Get qualified merchant leads to increase the spends in the local market across merchant category. It involves identification, pitching the value proposition, Onboarding, support on training and branding at merchant store. .Work with marketing for festival offers in cities .
 </li>

 Create Business opportunities with onboarded vendors to sell from Marts /Malls/Shop floors .
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with SBI Branches to create leads for the best Merchants in the cities .
 </li>
 <li>
 Source Premium cards by capitalizing the SBI relationship- Selling Aurum, Elite to HNI Customers and also managing priority servicing. Support the Branch managers on servicing HNI Card holders .
 </li>
 <li>
 Activating the customers by calling them and educating them on usage and service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retaining customers in these interactions when they opt for cancellations by using offers from CARDONE .
 </li>
 <li>
 Servicing customers on all card issues. Work with SBI Branches to reduce escalations from SBI Card Customers . Accord priority to HIN customers ,Govt Officials and important customers of the bank to improve customer experience and bank relationship.

 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 Responsible for sales of various SBI Card products in an assigned geography, usually 2-5 regions comprising of 80-200 branches of an SBI Circle, through a large team of 100-200 NFTEs spread across branches and various other points of sales identified by the bank relationships.
 
 
 
 Role Accountability

 Drive execution of location-wise banca sales execution strategy within assigned geography to drive achievement of overall organization objectives

 Maintain good working relationships at local level with stakeholders across SBI, SBI JVs and Associates &amp; Multiple Partner banks by addressing concerns &amp; providing priority service
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive execution of special segment/product/program focused campaigns in assigned geography
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess manpower requirements in assigned geography considering MOU &amp; budgets and work with workforce effectiveness to ensure adequate staffing levels across assigned geography
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for hiring and performance management of NFTEs in assigned area
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure regular NHOs/Refreshers &amp; Product based Trainings for the team to enhance productivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive team to adopt all New Digital Initiatives of the company by ensuring quick knowledge cascade to extended sales teams by facilitating adequate trainings
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend Region/Module P Reviews &amp; share relevant data points/ inputs to create a positive brand Image amongst SBI stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Front-end all customer service escalations from the branch walk-in customers in assigned area and resolve them as per the resolution rights shared
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic service camps in upcountry markets in coordination with CS department to reinforce customer &amp; Stakeholder Confidence
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely monitor metrics such as Sourcing Mix, Approval Rate, Inflow rate, Processing rate, &amp; Dispatch rate of Applications to track and enhance NFTE productivity and business opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive adoption of New Digital Initiatives in assigned areas by ensuring timely knowledge cascade and requisite trainings for the staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to internal departments in completion of various projects, such as KYC Compliance Of Existing Customer Base by Liaising with Operations Department &amp; reaching out to Customers, Assisting Collections department in collections effort and advising Product/Marketing teams on suitable merchant tie-ups
 </li>

 Drive periodic team connects/reviews cadence, conducting regular visits to Local Offices of Partner Banks to ensure the same
 </li>

 Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of relevant reports /MIS to SBI Stakeholders (Cross Sell/Regions/Modules &amp; Networks)
