Job Description 
The Logistics Transportation Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing current market conditions and economic trends while continuously evaluating the efficiency of surface transportation cost routes. This role requires applying various factors to create an overall cost simulation, enabling the optimization of transportation pricing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency across logistics operations. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Transportation Data Analytics:<ul><li>
Conduct internal and external transportation data analysis and cost research to support carrier negotiations.</li><li>
Simulate scenario-based cost estimations to identify the most optimal transportation solutions.</li></ul></li><li>
Carrier Negotiations:<ul><li>
Negotiate the cost of transporting raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>
Coordinate transportation activities, ensuring smooth communication and proper completion of necessary paperwork.</li></ul></li><li>
RFP Administration:<ul><li>
Conduct internal and external RFQ data analysis and cost research for carrier sourcing.</li><li>
Obtain quotes from various suppliers and negotiate price, quantity, terms, and conditions with transportation brokers/carriers.</li><li>
Identify key factors to aid in price negotiations with carriers during the RFP process.</li></ul></li><li>
Contract Administration:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all business-related conditions in transportation contracts.</li><li>
Oversee the company&rsquo;s internal procurement system throughout the sourcing process.</li></ul></li><li>
Supplier Evaluation and Comparison:<ul><li>
Evaluate suppliers&rsquo; quotes and provide detailed assessments of cost element breakdowns.</li><li>
Maintain quote comparisons with financial simulations and offer data-driven recommendations for selecting freight forwarders and carriers</li></ul></li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role, with proven expertise and progressively increasing responsibilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and create complex reports.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve logistics operations.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>
Comfortable working with tables, charts, and numbers to present findings and recommendations.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Willingness to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.</li></ul>

Logistic Transportation Pricing Analyst (Bilingual - Korean)

Job Description 
<ul><li>
Process assigned customs entry documents and related filings accurately and in a timely manner, including ISF and Customs Entry filing</li><li>
Maintain and update customer/importers profiles</li><li>
Determine and track duties and taxes payable; process payments on behalf of clients</li><li>
Handle accounting processes as they apply to CHB including the issuance of invoices to customers or overseas offices as well as the processing of payment requisitions</li><li>
Ensure maximum customer service satisfaction through interaction with clients and other company business units; provide timely responses to customer inquiries and status requests</li><li>
Notify management of any customer complaints or entry discrepancies and provide suggestions to resolve issues</li><li>
Review and distribute documentation to ensure regulatory compliance of participating government agencies</li><li>
Interact with Customs and other government agencies as needed</li><li>
Adhere to regulatory compliance and procedures/productivity standards</li><li>
Support other team members with accounts and workload on day-to-day operations</li><li>
Assist with the creation of client SOPs</li><li>
Other duties as requested</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
3-5 years of Entry Writing experience</li><li>
5+ years of Logistics, Freight, International Transportation, and Customs related experience</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor Degree preferred</li><li>
Ability to identify when escalation is needed to find a resolution on an existing problem</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>
Ability to do multi-task to ensure daily brokerage operations are successfully completed</li><li>
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with customers</li><li>
Possess excellent written and verbal communications and analytical skills</li><li>
Possess strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Detail oriented</li><li>
Knowledge of US Customs and other Government Agency Requirements</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office: especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook</li></ul>
