About the position
Circuit Managers supervise the workflow and maintain documentation involved in developing and maintaining the organization&rsquo;s enterprise network. The Circuit Manager is responsible for maintaining the engineering process and establishing consistency of the product&rsquo;s or circuits' attributes throughout its life cycle. The Circuit Manager is responsible for documenting the organization's network infrastructure, recommending upgrades, and ordering circuits. Crucially, this role heavily focuses on invoice auditing, billing management, and financial/price analysis for network circuits. 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Invoice &amp; Billing Management (Most Critical): Conduct rigorous invoice auditing, billing reconciliation, and comprehensive price/cost analysis for all network circuits to ensure financial accuracy and cost optimization.</li><li>
Circuit Provisioning: Order point-to-point, MPLS, DIA, VPN, and Satellite network circuits.</li><li>
Maintain ATO (Authority to Operate) documentation for circuits.</li><li>
Maintain technical and configuration documentation.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with leadership, keeping them up to date on status, configuration, and circuit life cycles.</li><li>
Provide configuration management support for assigned projects.</li><li>
Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management systems.</li><li>
Provide analysis of proposed design changes to determine the effect on the overall system; recommend methods of improvement.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between functional groups, vendor management, and procurement teams.</li><li>
Utilize product data management tools &amp; MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills for data/billing analysis preferred).</li><li>
Responsible for regular reporting of progress, circuit status, and financial tracking.</li><li>
Attend appropriate engineering, vendor, or customer meetings.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is strictly required to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.</li><li>
Core Expertise (Highest Priority): Strong hands-on experience in telecom/network invoicing, billing management, and financial price analysis.</li><li>
Industry Experience: At least 1&ndash;5 years of industry-related experience supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management or network-related systems.</li><li>
Circuit Background: Prior experience in circuit ordering/provisioning is a strong plus; however, solid experience in network billing and invoice verification is highly valued and acceptable.</li></ul><ul><li>
Team Adaptability: Excellent team player with a proven ability to quickly adapt and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.</li><li>
Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel for 1 to 2 months for initial onboarding and training.</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as under the supervision of leadership.</li><li>
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field, Finance, Business Administration, or a combination of relevant experience and education.</li></ul>
