Role Overview
This role involves supporting the demand planning and S&amp;OP process for MENAPT region, working with cross-functional teams to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels. As a Global Graduate in Demand Planning, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Support Demand planner to Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to forecast demand for SCJ portfolio across MENAPT Markets</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather relevant data and insights for demand forecasting.</li><li>
Support and engage with Turkey Demand planner to Prepare regular reports on demand trends, variances, and forecasting accuracy to support decision-making processes and support in Communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.</li><li>
Take ownership of specific projects related to demand planning, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.</li><li>
Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance understanding of demand planning principles and methodologies</li></ul>
Required Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>
Experience in data analysis using advanced tools (Power Bi, &hellip;etc)</li><li>
Experience in Demand or supply planning in FMCG (internship or working)</li><li>
Experience in Project Management</li></ul>

 Overview
 
 
 
 As part of the EMEA Shared Services Center, the Customer Fulfilment Associate Manager leads and develops a team responsible for delivering outstanding end-to-end customer fulfilment services for a defined portfolio of AMET domestic markets. The role is accountable for ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across order management, stock allocation, and customer service processes, while driving performance against service, case fill, and on-time delivery targets. In addition to day-to-day team leadership, the Associate Manager plays a key role in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics, and other Supply Chain partners to proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve ways of working.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Fulfilment Analysts, ensuring high performance, capability growth, and adherence to compliant, timely order and master data processing in SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and drive the customer fulfilment strategy for the assigned portfolio, ensuring high-quality, efficient order management aligned with standard processes, internal controls, and service level targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and deliver cost and efficiency improvements, leading initiatives that reduce cost to serve, penalties, rework, and operational inefficiencies across AMET fulfilment activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse operational KPIs and customer service metrics (e.g., case fill, OTIF, backlog, cancellations) to influence service, cost, and financial outcomes&mdash;prioritising actions that protect margins and P&amp;L exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate operational challenges into clear insights for senior stakeholders, enabling informed decisions and effective trade‑offs between service performance, cost efficiency, and financial impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee stock allocation decisions, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure aligned, transparent prioritisation during constrained supply situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective execution of new product introductions and delists, coordinating across Sales, Supply Planning, and logistics partners to maintain seamless customer transitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive performance against key service KPIs, proactively managing risks, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
 </li>

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you report to the North America Accounts Payable (AP) Associate Manager and play an important role in supporting invoice processing and resolution activities for the North America AP team.
Depending on your assigned responsibilities, you may prepare invoices for processing, process invoices, and resolve invoice discrepancies. You will also research and troubleshoot complex invoice issues, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely payment while supporting strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Prepare invoices and payment requests for accurate and timely processing.</li><li>
Review invoices to ensure appropriate documentation, approvals, and compliance prior to posting.</li><li>
Process invoices against purchase orders using three‑way match or established approval requirements.</li><li>
Research and resolve electronic invoice posting issues, including EDI, interfaces, freight, and related system errors.</li><li>
Review and prioritize invoices in alignment with payment terms and cash discount opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to Accounts Payable activities.</li><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.</li><li>
Complete assigned month‑end Accounts Payable close activities.</li><li>
Support ad hoc requests and special projects as directed by the AP leadership team.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance of the Accounts Payable function.</li></ul>
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU&rsquo;LL BRING<ul><li>
Minimum of an Associate Degree ( Preferred in Accounting, Finance, or Business).</li><li>
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience or equivalent business experience.</li></ul>
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS<ul><li>
SAP system experience.</li><li>
Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Possess strong organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent team player with ability to make prioritization decisions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.</li><li>
Demonstrate accounting principles and internal controls best practices knowledge.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn new skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Team).</li></ul>
