 Role Overview
 
 
 
 You will be accountable and responsible for the health and growth of the brands in charge by collecting actionable insights from the markets, monitoring competition and the latest market trends, working on the consumer communication and media plans while managing launches and commercialization of innovation projects that will lead to profitable sales and market share growth for the business.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Implement global brand strategy through localized adaptation for the assigned brands in alignment with the Cluster marketing leadership and responsibility as well as accountability of the P&amp;Ls and KPIs at country level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify consumer insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales for assigned categories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage commercialization and launch phases of NPDs. Manage local NPD taskforce to ensure the appropriate rollout of NPD; provide input for concept development and adapt graphics for assigned brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with creative agencies &amp; SC Johnson global brand team to participate in writing ATL/BTL briefs to agencies, provide input on final copy (ensuring cultural relevancy), translate animatic for testing, provide cultural input in final animatic phase and pre-production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with media planning &amp; buying agencies, managing annual advertising budget from media to cart.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage local social network community in accordance with global and cluster approved digital strategy and leveraging the right Social Media platforms for digital assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Supply Chain on managing SKUs and tracking slow moving ones for assigned brands or segment.
 </li>

 Active participation in the S&amp;OP process, leading business discussions &amp; decisions to deliver company KPIs
 
 
 </li>

 Experience You Will Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree level education, ideally within a marketing/business discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Min. 3-4 years of Marketing experience including working with 3rd party agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong awareness, understanding and knowledge of the local retailer, shopper behavior and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Office programs, SAP, Nielsen Nitro or Answers, Discover
 </li>

 Designing E2E supply chain with cross-functional team to make sure all the suppliers across MENAPT are having on time, in full deliveries to all production locations with the right quality.

 Proactively managing supply, quality problems, leading the communication with the suppliers, being the first point of contact to the internal stakeholders for all procurement related activities

 Identify and own the execution of new cost savings projects in order to deliver year on year cost savings.

 Collaborating cross-functionally to manage supplier transitions, minimizing the obsolescence, building the SLAs (service level agreements)

 Collaborate with procurement portfolio team to build and execute supplier strategy.

 Collaborate with procurement portfolio team to negotiate and deliver optimal supply agreements through the development of strong business relationships with suppliers.

 Manage price changes, price variances, cost cards, payment challenges etc.
