This Corporate Counsel role is responsible for:
Advising and providing hands-on legal services a dedicated client business team on the legal aspects of marketing, advertising, and selling consumer products and services globally; Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, corporate governance, employee training, and business risk and process management in assigned geographies and/or for assigned business units; and Supporting special projects on an &ldquo;as needed&rdquo; or &ldquo;as assigned&rdquo; basis to provide general legal support to the Company&rsquo;s business at large in matters beyond the Counsel&rsquo;s designated areas of responsibility. Examples could include: mergers &amp; acquisitions, internal investigations, responding to regulator inquiries.
In addition, the Corporate Counsel may be responsible for:<ul><li>
Identifying and analyzing legal issues and developing and effectively communicating sound, understandable legal and business recommendations to the appropriate business managers.</li><li>
Participating in a collaborative manner in cross-functional business teams to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex business issues.</li><li>
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.</li><li>
Preparing various corporate governance documents, such as resolutions and proxies.</li><li>
Working with business teams to create corporate policies, forms, and procedures.</li><li>
Working with counsel outside the United States to determine applicable legal and regulatory issues and creating appropriate solutions.</li><li>
Managing litigation matters as they arise in the assigned business areas.</li><li>
Developing and teaching in-house seminars to clients relating to various corporate and transactional issues.</li></ul>
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU&rsquo;LL BRING<ul><li>
JD degree and admitted to practice law in a US state and of good standing along with</li><li>
Minimum 12 years of legal practice in a large law firm and/or as in-house counsel</li></ul>

Customer Fulfilment Analyst &ndash; MENAPT Cluster<ul><li> Cairo, Egypt</li></ul>
Overview:
As part of the EMEA SSC (Shared Service Centre), you'll provide outstanding service for all aspects of service for a portfolio of key retail customers and for the SCJ sales team for which you're responsible. As well as this you'll attend supply chain meetings, manage stock allocations, ensure accurate processing of all orders and liaise with internal stakeholders and working closely with the team to plan and organize every detail of the customer fulfilment journey.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>To ensure accurate and smooth processing of customer orders and master data (Customer &amp; Material Data) in SAP.</li><li>
To professionally manage stock allocations in line with local sales &amp; supply chain teams&rsquo; expectations in low or out of stock situations</li><li>
To ensure the effective management of new product listings and delists into customers through liaison with the local sales &amp; logistics service providers&rsquo;</li><li>
To leverage communication and influencing skills in relation to order management, to maximize the customer case fill (and on time delivery if appropriate) in line with departmental and customer targets</li><li>
To maximize collaborative ways of working with trade customers through analysis; to communicate recommendations to benefit the business and to build strong collaborative relationships with our partners in the local business to drive commercial and supply chain initiatives</li></ul>
Experience you&rsquo;ll bring:
<ul><li>Fluent in English and Arabic both written and verbal</li><li>
Supply Chain Experience or understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain (desirable)</li><li>
Previous experience in customer services and order management experience (desirable)</li></ul>
