 The SHE Lead leads site-level deployment of SC Johnson&rsquo;s Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) management practices to ensure compliance with local legal requirements and SCJ global standards. The role will work closely with the site and regional SHE leaders to align SC Johnson&rsquo;s overall safety, health and environmental strategies with site-level targets and objectives. This role also provides technical and strategic leadership to ensure site-wide processes associated with the management of high-hazard chemical processes are effectively deployed and maintained. While this role requires safety, health and environmental technical knowledge and experience, success is equally dependent on developing and supporting &ldquo;champions&rdquo; within the site to drive day-to-day ownership for SHE.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Leads SHE compliance assurance processes, such as compliance calendars and leader standard work, to enable compliance with applicable laws, permit authorizations and company standards.
 </li>

 Supports compliance with regulatory and company standards associated with the management of high-hazard chemical processes (e.g., process safety management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops internal audit processes, including SHE-related GEMBA and behavior observations, that proactively identify potential SHE non-conformances.

 Partners with assigned stakeholders to drive timely, effective closure of identified SHE-related corrective and preventive actions.

 Coordinates completion of risk assessments such as Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and periodic PHA revalidations for the site&rsquo;s high-hazard chemical processes.

 <li>
 Collaborates with the site&rsquo;s engineering and maintenance teams to ensure that inspections, testing, preventive maintenance activities associated with SHE-critical equipment and applicable high-hazard chemical processes are defined and appropriately documented.

 Provides subject matter expertise to support periodic external regulatory inspections associated with safety, health, environmental and/or fire protection matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champions the investigation of safety, health and environmental incidents and ensures that corrective and preventive actions that address root causes are effectively deployed across the site.

 Leads the development and maintenance of training processes to ensure that required safety, health and environmental training for the site is defined, addresses required content and is tracked to completion.

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 137,340.00 USD - 180,258.75 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, Omni Marketing is a strategic role responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for DIY and Club Channels that will drive sales and grow market share across both in-store and online channels. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (brand, sales, product development) and retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of omnichannel marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings strong retail marketing expertise, analytical acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Omnichannel Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Develop and implement omnichannel marketing plans aligned with business objectives.</li><li>
Leverage shopper insights and retailer-specific strategies to drive engagement and conversion.</li><li>
Manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI and ROO.</li><li>
Activate portfolio strategies in partnership with finance and revenue management.</li><li>
Optimize channel mix using performance data and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMA).</li></ul>
In-Store &amp; Online Marketing<ul><li>
Lead development of impactful in-store marketing programs and creative briefs.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure flawless execution.</li><li>
Oversee online marketing campaigns, content strategy, PDP briefs, and digital shelf management.</li><li>
Continuously improve online performance through analytics, A/B testing, and trend monitoring.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Serve as the key contact for internal teams and retail partners.</li><li>
Provide shopper insights to inform customer-specific strategies and sell-in materials.</li><li>
Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, retail media) to drive innovation and execution.</li><li>
Communicate plans, results, and insights across stakeholders.</li><li>
Share best practices and contribute to process development.</li></ul>
Performance Analysis &amp; Competitive Intelligence<ul><li>
Track and analyze campaign performance and shopper behavior.</li><li>
Apply insights from analytics and MMA to inform future strategies.</li><li>
Monitor competitor activity and retail trends to identify opportunities and threats.</li><li>
Develop competitive strategies to differentiate offerings.</li></ul>
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU&rsquo;LL BRING<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or 4&ndash;5 years with an advanced degree.</li><li>
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul>

Role Overview
Reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager for MENAPT Cluster, you will play an important role in developing the Customer Marketing strategy for the assigned categories for Egypt market. You will be in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Teams. You will do deep analyses of the market, customers and shopper dynamics, will come up with insights to be converted into action plans across the channels.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead development of Category Development Strategy to achieve defined business objectives for category in charge by designing in-store strategy covering multiple pillars, i.e. BTL communication and in-store materials, price architecture, category assortment, planogram and consumer promotions</li><li>
