Our servers are tasked with the primary responsibility of creating a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wing&rsquo;s Guests by enthusiastically and effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. This role will focus their attention on guests seated in the full-service dining areas of the restaurant.<br>

<b>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and personally engage with guests through conversations supporting current sports events and other promotional activity</li>
<li>Present food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner</li>
<li>Inform guests of specials and/or promotions (food and beverage), answer questions pertaining to the food and beverage menus, and be prepared to make suggestions to enhance the guest&rsquo;s dining experience</li>
<li>Write Guest food orders on slips, memorize orders, and enter orders correctly into the Point-of-Sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff</li>
<li>Check Guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages</li>
<li>Serve food and/or beverages to guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience</li>
<li>Check with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and anticipate any need for corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction &ndash; Inform Managers as needed</li>
<li>Follow steps of service and other CSP&rsquo;s (Company Standard Procedures)</li>
<li>Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning</li>
<li>Collect and accurately process Guest payments</li>
<li>Remain knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to proactively inform guests and invite them to return</li>
</ul><div>The physical demands for this position require the individual to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 20 pounds, and move intermittently during working hours. <b>Requirements:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Superior customer service and hospitality skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW Guests and the ability to create a personalized, positive, and memorable dining experience</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately</li>
<li>Minimum of 18 years of age</li>
<li>Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines</li>
