Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations (PRO) Duties<ul><li>Handle all government-related documentation and approvals (MOIAT, Municipality, Civil Defense, Immigration, Ministry of Labor, etc.).</li><li>Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts in compliance with UAE laws.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and ensure timely processing of company documents.</li><li>Coordinate trade license renewals, company registrations, and other legal requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to scaffolding operations.</li></ul>Human Resources Duties<ul><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.</li><li>Draft and maintain HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and company standards.</li><li>Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.</li><li>Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Organize training sessions on safety, compliance, and professional development.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for scaffolding workforce, including certifications and medical fitness.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in PRO and HR functions in the UAE (construction/scaffolding industry preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and compliance standards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under deadlines.</li><li>Strong organizational and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
