The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns to promote our new offerings, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality B2B leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media buying, and social media management &mdash; especially within Saudi&rsquo;s unique digital landscape.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing plan tailored for the Saudi market.</li><li>Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta Ads Manager).</li><li>Implement content calendars aligned with business goals and service launches.</li><li>Conduct market and audience research to ensure campaigns resonate with Saudi audiences and business clients.</li><li>Manage paid advertising and media buying activities on various digital channels to maximize ROI and lead generation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, and product) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversions, CPL, engagement rates) and prepare detailed reports with optimization recommendations.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on social media trends, local cultural nuances, and platform algorithms in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, with projects targeting the Saudi market.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing B2B campaigns and achieving measurable business growth.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital media buying, social ad platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).</li><li>Excellent understanding of Saudi digital trends, consumer behavior, and cultural sensitivities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Creative mindset with solid copywriting and visual communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible, project-based or part-time engagement.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing company expanding into the Saudi market.</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work culture.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and project scope.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#65020;700.00 - &#65020;950.00 per month
