 Role overview
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for a&nbsp;
 
 graphic designer with a strong sense of layout and visual storytelling
 
 , who is also capable of producing&nbsp;
 
 short motion graphics and video edits
 
 &nbsp;to support project case studies and communications.
 
 
 You will work in close coordination with our internal Cairo-based team and the client&rsquo;s marketing direction in Canada. The content is
 
 100% francophone
 
 and must follow brand guidelines.
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and layout of&nbsp;
 
 graphics for web, social media, and internal communications
 
 &nbsp;(primarily in French)
 </li>
 <li>
 Create&nbsp;
 
 visual templates
 
 &nbsp;and&nbsp;
 
 adapt brand assets
 
 &nbsp;for multiple platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and produce&nbsp;
 
 short videos
 
 &nbsp;(1&ndash;2 minutes) for case studies, project summaries, and internal presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop&nbsp;
 
 simple motion design content
 
 &nbsp;(intro/outro animations, transitions, titles)
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply and maintain&nbsp;
 
 visual coherence
 
 &nbsp;and brand standards across all media
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure final files are optimized for the intended platform (LinkedIn, PDF, video, etc.)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent&nbsp;
 
 written French
 
 &nbsp;(for working with text-based layouts)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum&nbsp;
 
 2 years of experience
 
 &nbsp;in graphic design and/or motion design
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with&nbsp;
 
 Adobe Creative Suite
 
 &nbsp;(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of&nbsp;
 
 Canva Pro
 
 &nbsp;for fast content creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in producing&nbsp;
 
 corporate visuals
 
 , ideally in engineering, consulting, or architecture contexts
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sense of&nbsp;
 
 layout structure
 
 , typography, color balance, and visual hierarchy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, manage feedback rounds, and deliver on tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of&nbsp;
 
 video editing formats and publishing standards
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience designing&nbsp;
 
 French-language LinkedIn campaigns or carousels
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of North American public-sector visual culture is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to propose visual improvements to existing templates and systems
 </li>
