Job Description:
The Job
You will be joining the SCAN team focused on digital marketing to support Marketing and Direct to Consumer Sales initiatives. This full-time position will plan, setup, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns in platform, coordinate deliverables, and analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, working in conjunction with the Digital Marketing and Sales Manager. The successful candidate should be a proactive, detail-oriented collaborator with strong digital media understanding and execution skills, capable of driving results that enhance both marketing visibility and direct-to-consumer sales outcomes.
You Will<ul><li>
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Marketing and Direct to Consumer Sales objectives to drive full funnel performance.</li><li>
Plan, setup, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns directly in Google, Meta, and other platforms as needed</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing team and agency partners to plan, coordinate, and deliver high performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display, Online Video and CTV.</li><li>
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and continuous refinement of targeting, messaging, and creative elements.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Compile detailed performance reports from agency partners that highlight ROI, conversion metrics, and other relevant KPIs for stakeholders into a shared repository.</li><li>
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative approaches that drive marketing and sales results.</li><li>

Your Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Economics, User Experience, Mathematics, Psychology, or related field preferred</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in digital media and direct-to-consumer marketing or comparable experience</li><li>
Experience with strategic planning is preferred</li></ul><ul><li>
Should have an understanding of digital campaign performance, attribution, and optimizations</li><li>
Should have expertise in improving conversion funnel</li><li>
Experience with SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Video Ads, Social Media Ads, and Connected TV is required</li><li>
Agency background is preferred</li><li>
Google AdWords, Analytics and Google Data Studio experience preferred</li><li>
Social Media Experience with some of the following platforms: Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, NextDoor and Bluesky is preferred</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Familiarity with website analytics and reporting as it relates to digital marketing</li><li>
Ability to work and deliver multiple projects simultaneously on tight deadlines</li><li>
Excellent organizational and project management skills</li></ul>

The Job
You will be joining the SCAN team focused on acquisition marketing analytics and operations. This full-time position as Marketing Analytics Analyst Sr is responsible for creating marketing data strategy, setting up data structure and implementing reports to ensure the team can leverage data-driven insights related to budget, spend and performance to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and support business growth. The successful candidate should be a power-user of MS Excel; capable of using formulas and pivots to do organize and analyze varying sets of data. They should be a proactive, detail-oriented collaborator with strong traditional and digital media understanding, capable of driving new innovations from the ground up.
You Will<ul><li>
Create, validate and setup data strategy for marketing acquisition team across budget and performance with an eye towards future-proofing</li><li>
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>
Lead development and drive evolution of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track marketing performance</li><li>
Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, digital platforms, sales reports).</li><li>
Create and organize complex data in excel spreadsheets to enable analysis</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to align analytics with business objectives.</li><li>
Provide actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.</li><li>
Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.</li><li>

Your Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Strategy, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>
5+ years in marketing analytics or related role.</li><li>
Proven experience with MS Excel (formulas and advanced analysis), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).</li><li>
Expertise in digital media and direct-to-consumer marketing or comparable experience.</li><li>
Experience with strategic planning is preferred.</li><li>
Should have an understanding of digital campaign performance, attribution, and optimizations</li><li>
