Shape Restaurant Group is looking for a Junior Data Entry &amp; Food Costing Specialist to support our finance and kitchen operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records for accounting, inventory, and food cost analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter daily journal entries and financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.</li><li>Record and update sales, purchase, and inventory data regularly.</li><li>Assist in monitoring and calculating food costs across outlets.</li><li>Generate reports on usage, wastage, and cost trends for management review.</li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, and finance departments to verify data accuracy.</li><li>Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Participate in monthly stock takes and help reconcile inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Identify and report anomalies or errors in recorded data.</li><li>Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding restaurant group.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you&rsquo;re the right fit to omar@alahmad.ae.
