<div>Description: 
Provides end-user support and troubleshooting. Responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of casino and back of the house applications. Provides application support and training to the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort employees and departments.

Essential Job Duties:

Proactively communicate and collaborate with technical team and departments to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver an effective solution.

Develop documentation for users to install, operate and support.

Provide end user training.

Provide post implementation support and troubleshooting.

Analyze problems and escalate issues in a timely manner for quick resolution.

Be the liaison between the internal departments, technology team and support teams.

Works on multiple high priority projects concurrently.

Employs productivity aids in all aspects of assignments.

Maintains and enhances technical skills through formal and on-the-job training.

Responds to and assists with other problem tickets as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Educational skills gained through attainment of an associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education or practical work experience.

Must have minimum of four (4) or more years of experience in the field.

Must be efficient, organized, and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; Must be able to work independently.

Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and working knowledge of various information support systems.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. 
Must have open availability.<div>
