 We&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who blends e-commerce rigor with creative excellence. You&rsquo;ll own our Shopify experience end-to-end, lead performance-driven campaigns, and create digital assets that uplift both sales and storytelling.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own Shopify: product uploads, merchandising, SEO, CRO, navigation &amp; onsite UX.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive performance: monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate; test and implement improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Run site campaigns: homepage updates, collection launches, promos/sales activations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ads &amp; growth: create on-brand ad concepts hand in hand with our Marketing Manager and the ad agency
 </li>
 <li>
 Create digital assets: landing pages, banners, lookbooks, visuals, reels, stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Social media: build and manage the calendar; publish engaging, on-brand content (IG, TikTok, YT).
 </li>
 <li>
 Content capture: shoot and edit BTS, styling clips, and product detail to enrich storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer journey: ensure a seamless path from discovery to checkout with inspiring visuals/copy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital stack: evaluate tools, apps, and plugins; pilot A/B tests and new features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand guardianship: keep consistency across all creative and digital touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 AI &amp; innovation: research, test, and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and performance. From editing and design platforms to SEO automation, personalization, and CRO tools, you&rsquo;ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency and storytelling.
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years in a similar role (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven Shopify e-commerce management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong content creation skills (visuals/video/lookbooks).
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of growth metrics and testing methodology (SEO/CRO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Up-to-date on content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
 </li>

 Scarlett Poppies is a fast-growing ready-to-wear and resort wear brand. Founded by Linda Augustsson who is the Creative Director, produced in India with mindful production and crafted with Artisans. The brand is sold globally with our head office in Dubai. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support the team with day-to-day operations.

You will act as the organizational backbone of the company, ensuring structure, efficiency, and flawless execution across multiple areas of the business.

 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive &amp; Office Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for internal coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide executive assistant support to the CEO and Management team as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Founder with ad hoc projects and personal administration when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the office pristine at all times and ensure it reflects the brand&rsquo;s premium aesthetic
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet and host customers, guests, and partners visiting the showroom with warmth and professionalism
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Travel, Operations &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and the sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, maintain, and enforce company SOPs and internal processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with DMCC rules and regulations; provide management with guidance on best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and maintain office systems, external IT department and digital tools as
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility operations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Finance &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in managing expense tracking, office petty cash and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the finance team with expense reconciliations claims
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications for management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 People &amp; Culture (HR Support)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and internal communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in HR and admin practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture and follow up on action points from management and team meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to building a strong company culture through team activities and wellness initiatives
 </li>

 Brand &amp; Creative Support

 Assist in coordinating company events, trade shows, and team off-sites
 </li>

 Support the E-Commerce team in customer communication, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and solutions are provided

 Assist during photoshoots, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure brand standards are met
 </li>
